In these times months past,
having laid my hands
trying the trade
as an educator to children...
I realized that you need a lot of passion
To see them grow and mature,
You need to love them and spur them
To see things they never did see
To learn the wonders of life they never did know...
The only flaw of such burning passion
is that for many years ahead...
You know that it is not for you
It is for them...
Until the time is through
For you to move further
When you are entrusted to yourself
Responsibilities beyond the mundane...
Only then, will you be able to carve the path you deserve...
So here I am...
Pondering over the time spent past
Wondering about the future that lies vast
Thinking about whether it should last
Worrying the possibilities dissipating fast
Where should I be?
I asked...
Where should I go?
I questioned...
Should I stay?
